Announcing a New Washington, DC Premier Workspaces Location

Premier Workspaces is pleased to announce its expansion in the Washington, DC area with a new location at 2001 L Street NW.

Premier has over 90 locations nationwide. The recent addition at 2001 L Street NW is for the entire 5^th floor at the 10-story building located in Washington DC’s Golden Triangle Business Improvement District.

The new space will be renovated for consistency with the Premier modern design while offering large offices, privacy and professional full-service shared workspaces.

An August 2019 opening is expected with 80 private offices, 2 well-appointed conference rooms, and an impressive reception/lounge area. The location will be able to accommodate over 140 local entrepreneurs, startup employees and virtual workers from around the world with private office configurations available for one to 20 people. Consistent with other Premier locations, offices will be available furnished or unfurnished, with flexible agreement terms, welcoming support staff, personalized phone answering, mail collection and distribution and virtual office plans.

The Neighborhood

The surrounding neighborhood offers many amenities including Starbucks, a tenant-only fitness center, a secured bike room and walking distance to four Metro stations: Dupont Circle, Farragut North, Farragut West and Foggy Bottom-GWU.

Additionally, within a five-minute walk surrounding the location are over 20 fine dining and casual restaurants as well as public art installations and numerous local events.
