The COVID-19 pandemic poses significant challenges for businesses across the globe who must now adjust to an uncertain economy and disruptions to daily operations.

For those employees who must continue to go into a physical work space, being cognizant of social distancing and other preventative measures adds an additional burden to the work day. Meanwhile, some companies have implemented work-from-home or remote work policies — uncharted territory for many employers and employees. 

What does this pandemic mean for people who rely on remote offices to run their businesses, and what does it mean for Premier Workspaces? Here’s some more information about what Premier Workspaces can offer your business during this public health crisis:

More privacy and more distance

Our office spaces were designed differently than the average coworking space. Rather than large, open floor plans with communal tables, Premier Workspaces offices are set up with private offices and meeting rooms. 

The original purpose of this layout was to offer privacy for professionals such as tax accountants, court reporters, and attorneys. Now, it has the added benefit of making social distancing easier for those who rely on remote offices.

Daily cleaning

Another benefit of Premier’s executive suites: all our offices are thoroughly cleaned on a daily basis. 

And in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have increased sanitization of high-touch areas like door handles in addition to our regular cleaning. Wherever possible, we are also providing cleaning and sanitizing products for our clients to use throughout their workday.

Virtual options

For those who would prefer to avoid physical workspaces for the time being, we also offer virtual office solutions. Our professional mailing addresses, mail and package collection, mail forwarding options, including scan to email, to allow our clients to stay up to date on their business mail without physically visiting their remote offices. We also offer professional phone answering and voicemail to email services.

Risk-free period

We know that in uncertain times like these, small and medium-size businesses are often hit hardest. For many, signing a binding, long-term office agreement is not feasible in the current climate.
