Premier Workspaces to Participate in Teddy Bear Party for Children's Health

Premier Workspaces is excited to announce that all Premier locations will be participating in the Children’s Health 2019 Teddy Bear Party teddy bear drive. This wonderful organization was started in 2011 in Dallas, TX with the mission of providing teddy bears to children during their hospital stay to help ease anxiety and give a positive outlook on their treatment and hospital stay.

The unique part of the gift is that the teddy bear takes the same journey as the child, often helping them during a scary time to feel empowered and in control of their situation.

The Children's Health Teddy Bear Clinic works to reduce fear and put smiles on the faces of the kids by giving the bears the same treatments the child is given.  Whether the teddy bear is placed in an X-ray machine, receives a cast for a broken arm, or has an IV for chemotherapy, the teddy bears comforts each child throughout their hospital journey.

Premier Workspaces is joining to help to collect new teddy bears to send to the Teddy Bear Party supporting the 3k children Children’s Health sees each month.

If you’d like to donate, teddy bears need to be new and between 18-24”. Bears can be dropped off at Premier Workspaces locations from now until December 9, 2019. Each location will take care of shipping the bears off to project headquarters in Texas.
