Supporting Social Distancing

A Message from Premier

At Premier Workspaces, the health and well-being of our employees, clients, and guests is paramount.  With a focus on private offices, our centers are already designed for social distancing, but we're taking additional steps. Our team has been hard at work developing a plan that will allow us to continue to be present for the businesses and communities we serve.  This site contains our on-site plan, remote solutions, helpful links to resources for small business, and updates on government restrictions.

Our Supporting Social Distancing Plan

You’ll notice several small changes to the Center’s operations and some modifications to our rules and regulations as a result of the new requirements and recommendations related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These new policies and procedures are based on four simple elements - distance, safety, cleaning, and support. You can download the detailed plan here or view the plan summary below.

1. DISTANCE

We've taken additional steps to assist with social distancing throughout the Center:
  • New social distancing requirements in place.
  • Meeting room occupancy has been reduced to 50% capacity.
  • Floor markers have been added.
  • Seating has been adjusted.

2. SAFETY

Collectively, everyone within the Center will need to follow basic rules in common areas and meeting rooms:
  • Masks are required for entry.
  • Touchless signing and package collection.
  • No open or shared food.

3. CLEANING

Cleaning is a high priority. We’re adding new cleaning processes and increasing the frequency throughout the day:
  • Enhanced evening janitorial.
  • New opening and closing procedures.
  • Hourly common area inspection and cleaning
  • Meeting rooms disinfected after each use.

4. SUPPORT

Our dedicated on-site team is here for you.  We also setup a feedback form at the bottom of this page.
  • Please ask questions as they come up.
  • We'll let you know about important changes as they come up.
